We didn't invent cheese here. Europe knows cheese and we love sharing the cheeses we purchase from abroad.
Cow's milk bothering you? Do you feel Lactarded? Maybe try an old cheese or goat or sheep milk. They are all grate!
You never know what we've got in... Horseradish, Mustard, Onion or Cinnamon rubbed cheeses. Even some chewed on by mites.
